Mephistofaustian Transluciferation A grey evening on the streets of Prague Out of the subway a figure of an everyman Strangers passing by with empty eyes Cold winds cut deep in the falling night Lost, becoming Faust Summoning Mephistofeles Upon a stage, a passion play Clay puppets and marionettes A map for a lonely man Table wine and a piece of bread A tramp carrying a severed leg The chicken and the orphean egg Lost, becoming Faust Summoning Mephistofeles A conjuring soliloquy The circle is complete Sealed with blood The deal is done Self indulgently Hidden in the shadows of an empty stage He's a man of constant sorrow Made his final appearance to no audience A man of constant sorrow In a labyrinthine madness of abject misery A man of constant sorrow He drags the heavy burden of his grief He's a man of constant sorrow A man of constant sorrow

Beyond the Gates Try seeing from another angle Try walking in my shoes I gave you my devotion I put my faith in you Like sheep led to the slaughter I kneel in adoration With a pale grin of jester I face my condemnation Neither angels with fallen wings Nor sacred apes of god My promised land is wasted Paradise lost The lavish years of glamour Ephemeral splendor With pomp and circumstance En route to decadence Chasing the trails of glory A long and winding road Behind the lost horizon Thy kingdom come At the dawn of a scarlet sun Darkness fades and shadows run Facing the weeping God Beyond the gates A lifespan full of sorrow Down the road of misery A dead end, a shorthand story Engraved on a headstone

Memento Mori 03:22
Memento Mori A solemn cortège carries my remains A drizzle bleak and profound Falling softly on my coffin Gloomy tears shed on graves Lay me to rest in dark tranquility Strip the garments of my soul Flesh and bones slowly perish Beneath a blanket of loose soil What dreams may come, when all is gone From whence you came, you shall return Shuffled off this mortal coil Coz' in the end we're nothing but Fading pictures Ornaments on tombstones Fading pictures Sadness in Sepia How vain the glories of earthly life The transient nature of all beings Through the maze of temptations I seek redemption from my sins I Reap the harvest that I've sown Sip from the wines that foam Forget me not or I'll forget myself Before I taste the fruit of Azrael

Chariots Of The Gods Great balls of fire across the skies Stars falling from heaven The trumpets sound, the angels cry Can you hear the calling? The chariots of the gods Descending from abode Brightness in the dark Of this night eternal Down the shaft of the abyss Smoke rises from the furnace In the shadows of the great tribulation Seraphim bring us light The chariots of the gods Descending from abode Brightness in the dark Of this night eternal Great clouds in the sky shone like gleaming amber Stormy winds blow out and the heavens opened Amidst the flashing fire came four living creatures A wheel inside a wheel A glorious vision The rapture At the dawn of a new aeon We're drawn towards the hum A few will hear the trumpets call Awaken from the trance
5.
Rites of Fire When sun is gone and night falls in We sing and dance around the pyre That turns to glowing coals Chanting hymns of mysteries All gathered for a feast In jubilation Share our bread, drink the wine Praise all the living creatures And all who had died Oh mother, father and the child Let them all come to thee The triumph of death Rites of fire Communion A ceremony of the ancient ones Rites of fire Communion A celebration for the absent ones Raise the torch Unify our souls Pass the tribal lore The everlasting flame of love “Do what thou wilt Shall be the whole of the law Love is the law Love under will”
6.
Sleeping Over Debris I had a dream last night It was the most sorrowful dream I've ever had You came close to me And whispered a tune so melancholic In silence I wept My heart is aching for you My mind is wasted for you It hurst like I am sleeping over Sleeping over debris Some things were left unsaid Some things were left undone Some things we better forget I woke up soaked in sweat Curled like an embryo I reached out just to touch you But you were not there My heart is aching for you My mind is wasted for you It hurst like I am sleeping over It's hard facing the truth My life is twisted It hurts like I am sleeping over Sleeping over debris It's a wide open road And I'm here all alone Wiping the tears in my eyes No longer pretending you're mine Crawling over the wreckage Searching missing pieces Collecting scattered remains Of the love you put to waste The riddle of all the pain
7.
The Final Cut Seize the last chance To fix up a heart Profusely bleeding Cause bitter words Cut deeper than a sword Her soul is hurting She's lying on the floor Fragile, insecure Lost in confusion Losing all the hope Wandering through the shores Of isolation Seize the last chance To mend a vitreous heart And staunch the bleeding She clings to shattered dreams Embedded in her skin Like self harmed bruises She leaves a note And crawls upon the edge Of disillusion Then she takes a shortcut Along a trodden path The pain is over Scratching open sores Shouting at the world Begging for support But no one listens Her eyes are full of tears Her mind is full of fears Fallen on her knees She's going under She's lost control The final cut To stop the bleeding
8.
Mercy 04:53
Mercy Lord, have mercy on me I got down on my knees Praying for relief The pain that never ends Have mercy on me Lord, have mercy on me Bring solace to my soul I'm hurting for so long The day that never comes Have mercy on me Lord, have mercy on me Atonement for my sins Bless me with your grace And wipe my fears away Oh lord, I got down on my knees Why I feel so sick?, tell me what I've done? Please don't leave me here, I'm so alone Where are my friends? My friends are gone!
9.
Rubicon 03:40
Rubicon Beyond the threshold of oblivion We fall to nature once again Widespread declension of all creatures The downfall of the human race We shall crawl upon a scorched earth When the world becomes undone That's the warnings we all failed to heed That's the price we'll have to pay Forests Burning The sky is turning red Waters Poisoned Lead in the air Point of no return We crossed the Rubicon Injecting toxins in our veins Our mouths are foaming with rage The die is cast, can't be reversed Backwards self destruct sequence Warfare Bloodshed My eyes are seeing red Frenzied Madness Sanity collapsed Point of no return We crossed the Rubicon
